Instruction：

1. Power「入/切」(On/Off)、「セツト/ストツプ」(Set/stop)；「+」、「-」The button is for the number of temperature setting to increase or decrease the button.

2. Measurement range：-50~300 degrees Celsius

How to use:

1.Press「入/切」to open

2.Press「+」、「-」to the temperature you want

3.Then press「セツト/ストツプ」to set (an alarm icon will show on the top right screen)

4. Place the probe into the ingredients/pot

5. When the temperature meets the set temperature the alarm will ring 

6. Press「セツト/ストツプ」to stop the alarm
Do not put the probe into hard food, such as ice cubes, to avoid damage to the probe
